Nat Tocci

Mr. Nat Tocci joined Old Structures Engineering in 2011 as an Associate. Nat is an accomplished engineer specializing in the analysis and design of complex structures. He has extensive experience with the design of high rise buildings, hotels, schools, renovations, and the evaluation of existing structures. His past projects include numerous notable structures in NYC as well as several large international projects.

Nat received his Masters Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of California Berkeley. He is a licensed structural engineer in New York and an active member of SEAoNY.

Marie Ennis merged her practice with that of Old Structures, starting today as a principal. Marie’s experience in both structural engineering and historic preservation both broadens our experience base and gives us the capacity to handle larger projects.
